Slick and slow
is Jacob Joe;
Sharon, his sister,
has a big blister.
Fred, their friend,
is truly worth ten;
His mother, Mary,
ate a red cherry.
Her husband Henry
fumed, "It isn't funny!"
But Larry did laugh.
He couldn't solve math,
So he left the figuring
To smart Sally, singing,
"By Bicklesby Barn,"
On the Ferguson's farm
Said Jacob Joe,
"My, what a great show!"
Said Fred, his friend,
"Too bad it's the end."
